The Village Council hosts and sponsors the Friday Market along with other community oriented projects such as the Port Ludlow Days, the Friday Market, the Port Ludlow Directory, the Disaster Preparedness Plan, the Recycling Program, Public Utilities, Community Development, and the The Port Ludlow Trails.
